Karipap Karipap Sardin

Karipap Karipap Sardin ngkoo ...haaa hari ni tak de karipap karipap cinta ..Gambit penat shooting Fear Factor Malaysia ..huhu

Nak tau cerite tak? Setiap resepi kan ade cerite?  Cerita di sebalik karipap ni ialah apabila ade balance sardin dalam peti ais, dan terajin nak buat karipap plak.  Haa gituu.

Aku ingat lagi mase aku tingkatan 1 kat Sekolah Agama Menengah Rawang, aku ni duduk hostel tau. Pastu setiap malam Ustazah Shima akan jual karipap sardin ngan karipap kentang.  Ustazah Shima tu guru Bahasa Melayu kat sekolah aku merangkap warden untuk hostel aku.  Selalunye die akan jual lepas kitorang prep, sebelum masuk dining hall untuk makan  moreh.  Memang aku tak dapat lupe laaa rase karipap sardin die sampai sekarang.  Sedap sangat sangat. 

Ustazah tu memang pandai masak dan rajin sangat memasak.  Pernah hari tu die mintak tolong aku ngan kawan kawan aku potong artikel dari surat khabar untuk jadikan die punye bahan mengajar.  Yang kitorang tolong tu ape laaa sangat, setakat carik artikel pastu potong.  Tapi die membalas dengan bagi kitorang makan macam macam.  Bihun goreng, ayam goreng, kuih talam lagi.  Alaahai, best nye kalo dapat jadi anak die.  Dapat makan sedap sedap.  

OK Tutup cerita :).

Karipap ni da 2 kali aku buat.  Yang buat mase first tyme tu, tak berape nak puas hati sangat, sebab kulit die tak rangup.  Yang kali kedue ni lebih rangup dari yang pertama.  Masih lagi menggunakan resepi kulit karipap yang sama.  

Tiada komen dari juri tetap kite, Chep Fariq.  Die makan je, tak banyak bunyi pon.  Jadi aku consider sedap je laaa :) ..

Da gitu critenye, kite tengok resepi lah ye :D .. 

Kulit Karipap 

  • 2 cawan tepung
  • 1sudu besar marjerin/butter dipanaskan  
  • 1/4 cawan minyak masak dipanaskan dengan margarine/butter
  • air sejuk dari peti ais secukupnya
  • 1/2 sudu kecil garam
  1. Panaskan minyak masak dengan marjerin
  2. Tuangkan kedalam mangkuk tepung gandum yang telah di campur & digaul garam terlebih dahulu 
  3. Tuangkan air sedikit demi sedikit kedalam tepung gandum tadi
  4. Uli hingga doh tidak melekat ditangan.Rehatkan sejam dalam peti ais.
Sementare tu boleh laa siapkan inti karipap tu pulak.

Inti Sardin

  • 1 tin sardin ditoskan sosnya.  (gune Ayam Brand, sebab ikan die lebih kenyal)
  • 1 labu bawang besar.-diracik halus
  • 2 ulas bawang putih.-diracik halus 
  • 4@5 biji cili merah ikut citarasa masing-masing diracik halus
  • 1 sudu besar cili boh
  • Garam secukup rasa.
  1. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis bawang putih dan bawang besar
  2. Masukkan cili boh dan tumis hingga naik baunya
  3. Masukkan cili merah
  4. Masukkan sardin dan kacau hingga hancur
  5. Masukkan garam secukup rasa 
  6. Masak hingga inti sardin kering.
  7. Angkat dan sejukkan.
Pastu keluarkan doh yang da disejukkan tadi, bulat bulatkan doh(saiz kecil sikit dari bola ping pong) dan gelekkan hingga nipis.  Isikan inti dan diklim.  Goreng hingga masak keperang-perangan.

Siap dihidang.

Kalo frozenkan karipap tu, goreng half cook, pastu masuk dalam tupperware, letak kat peti ais belah atas.  

Ataupon, masukkan dalam oven sepuluh minit sekadar nak matikan tepung.  Senangkan?

Senang dan sedap di makan bersama keluarga.  Lagi sedap kalau makan depan TV sambil tengok bola.  Jangan lupe malam ni  Malaysia lawan Laos.
